In Panna, we organised some workshops with different topics, for example child marriage and migration, to strengthen the understanding of the youth for the struggles they are facing and how they can overcome them. We played different games with them to make them feel comfortable and later talked with them about their dreams, their goals in life, their future plans, their family situation and their future work plans.
Our goal is to support them in their problems and find solutions, for example we like to put emphasis on the gender issue by communicating with them that girls and boys have to work together, starting within the workshops themselves.
It is always a lot of fun for all participants, however, we also learn a lot from the children and can gain their trust, therefore, it is always a great success!
